Flights: Covering round-trip airfare for both the host and the cameraman. Prices vary based on destination and booking time.

Driving: If driving is more practical, mileage reimbursement is standard. In the U.S., the IRS standard mileage rate is approximately $0.625 per mile.
2. Accommodation:
- Lodging: BNB stays for the duration of the project, if one is not already scheduled to be filmed for your content. Costs depend on the location and length of stay.
3. Per Diem:
- Meals and Incidentals: A daily allowance for meals and minor expenses at $50 per person per day (2-3 people)

For a one-day project involving two team members:
