We are centrally located with short distances to the beach (~15 mins), Kennedy Space Center (~10 mins), Port Canaveral (~10 mins), Orlando/Disney (~1 Hour). The house is close enough to the launch pads that you can feel the rumbles and walking distance to the Dolphins restaurant on the water. It features art from local artist Kole Trent and multiple butterfly gardens around the house for nearly year round butterflies. If your getting on a cruise, their is port parking right outside the neighborhood.
